Layers of rocks and plants indicate depth, host diversity.
There are many layers to the core of who I am, just as many as to who I want to be.
The way to the greater path is horizontal.
But to walk this path, the effort is vertical.
I walk to loose myself, and then later, perhaps, to find myself back.
